Return Window
We have a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
– In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached
– In its original packaging
– Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at weare@madetomuse.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Costs

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
GCC
Return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be deducted from your refund total before it is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at weare@madetomuse.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
– Sale items
– Gift cards
– Custom or personalised products
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
For GCC orders, return shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund total before processing.
